I’m thrilled to share some great news—our Escondido project has officially hit a major milestone! 🎉

We just received the final design package, and as of today, the complete plans have been submitted to the City of Escondido for permitting. This is a huge step forward in bringing our vision to life, and it marks the transition from design into execution.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be working closely with the city to move through the permitting process, while also preparing for the next phase of construction kickoff. Each step puts us closer to transforming this project into reality, and today’s submission is a testament to the progress we’ve made as a team.
